Cancellation and Refund Policy

For online material: Due to the nature of digital products, once we have received your payment your purchase becomes binding and ineligible for a refund. We strive to ensure our clients, customers and students are satisfied with the information we provide so if you have any feedback or concerns please get in touch – info@mindhushgroup.com

For physical events/in-person sessions:

We understand that people’s plans can sometimes change and commitments therefore impacted.

In relation to live in-person events or in-person training/coaching sessions booked:

  • If at least 14 days notice is provided, a full refund will be offered.
  • If less than 14 days is provided, an individual can nominate another person to attend in their place. If a replacement cannot be found unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
  • If the situation arises where the session is forced to be cancelled due to a mandated government lockdown and/or enforced COVID-19 restrictions, the session will be postponed to a later date and you will be offered a place on this new date. Alternatively, if you are not able to attend on the revised date, a full refund will be provided.
