The Science of lying – booked out keynote presentation

Our educational event last evening on the 17th December at the City of Perth was fully booked and a success with a great turnout given the time of the year and the week before Christmas.

Attendees were treated to an educational session with topics covering an inside scoop on deception, the motivation behind lying, the costs of lying and what we can do to find out what’s really going on with people using behavioural science to help us ask the right questions at the right time to get to the truth.

There was some lively discussion at times and feedback provided immediately after the event was really positive with attendees commenting they found the evening informative and really interesting.

Attendees included directors, managers and other professionals from a cross section of industry including tertiary education, banking and finance, security and surveillance, justice, telecommunications, human services, taxation, architecture, risk and compliance, and accounting amongst others, along with other individuals from across the community including small business owners, entrepreneurs and students.
